Guy joined Wilks Head and Eve in 2006 as a Graduate Surveyor and is now an Associate Partner heading up the Asset Valuation team.

He has an expansive knowledge in a wide variety of public sector valuation needs and issues and provides valued support and advice for his clients.

Guy specialises in a wide variety of individual valuation instructions in addition to completing portfolio valuations for the Private and Public Sector.

Guy is responsible for the development of the firms digital and IT based appraisal tools which work to improve valuation reporting standards for our clients nationwide on both Asset and Housing Stock portfolios and with the advent and adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards in 2010 Guy is responsible for the development of the firms componentisation methodology which has now been successfully implemented across the majority of our clients.

Guy has an Undergraduate Degree from the London School of Economics and a Masters Degree from Cass Business School. He also has an Honours membership with the IRRV, is a RICS Registered Valuer and a keen golfer.
