Simon has over 25 years of experience advising on all aspects of business rates and working collaboratively on corporate real estate contracts. Simon joined JLL in 2020 and he is responsible for overseeing and delivering rating services for JLL occupier clients for properties located throughout the UK. Simon is currently Immediate Past President of the Rating Surveyors’ Association after a successful run as President of the RSA from April 2023.
