Andrew is Principal Asset Surveyor at Sandwell MBC in the heart of the Black Country. He has worked in the public and private sectors, I have experienced a wide range of property and professional matters, such as, complex commercial development including partnership work with private firms such as development agreements for supermarket schemes. Purchase and sale, letting and valuation of a great range of properties including development land, offices, shops, factories, houses, flats, listed buildings, community buildings, care homes, amenity land, places of worship, licensed premises, fire stations, art galleries and a wide variety of other properties.
His experience includes the full range of Landlord & Tenant work including rent reviews, lease renewals, break clauses, lettings, service charges, dilapidations, property management, landlord and tenant disputes.

Knowledge and experience of CPO, rating, planning, contaminated land, capital allowances, VAT, demolition, party walls, retaining walls, joint ventures, property development, asset management, facilities management and loan security valuations.
He has set up residential mortgage provider for local council including appointing advisors and valuation surveyors. Assessed and reported on risk management and loan portfolio.
Worked on due diligence for company takeover, including transfer of assets and liabilities.
