Interactive Commercial Workshop

This commercial workshop is a great and enjoyable way to learn by sharing knowledge and hearing about others’ perspectives. Three of our most popular speakers will introduce the two workshop scenarios and supplement the discussions with short, focused presentations. This is a course where our speakers come away having learned some new tricks too, and it is a format which delegates have enthused about.

Scenario 1 - is all about improving the investment – we take a 1970s office block with a range of issues relating to the physical condition and the existing lettings, and ask: where should the investor be trying to get to, and what’s the best way to get there?

Scenario 2 – presents the harassed manager of a shopping centre with the day from hell, as one problem after another has to be dealt with: what are the most effective, quickest and cheapest solutions?
