Tim is a qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Member of the RICS , being Chair of the Birmingham Local Association and also sitting on the RICS West Midlands Regional Board. He is also a qualified member of the ATT and like Clive holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Investment.

Outside of work, Tim is married and when not spending time with his 4 children he enjoys cooking, entertaining, going to the gym and watching Birmingham City, with his son.
