Sean has over 20 years industry experience having qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1991. Prior to joining LSH, Sean headed up the DTZ Portfolio Asset Management team and during this period was awarded the RICS Asset Manager of the year accreditation.

Sean joined Lambert Smith Hampton from DTZ in 2011 as National Head of Property and Asset Management, and in 2013 he was given the additional responsibility of managing our London Office. Sean helped grow LSH Property & Asset Management to become a leading cross-sector team covering the management of offices, industrial schemes and shopping centres. This year he relinquished this responsibility to focus his full attention on London.

Sean is convinced that there is a direct relationship between company culture and the quality of client service delivered; or as Sean succinctly puts it “happy staff, happy clients”. His focus is to build an inclusive, informed and fully engaged working environment, which is just as well as he manages 3 London offices with 400 staff across 13 service lines. It seems to be working as our London business is flourishing and enjoying substantial growth under his leadership.

Sean is also a keen sportsman, at weekends Sean is to be found in deep undergrowth in Hertfordshire looking for his golf ball or providing a 24/7 taxi service to his children.
