John is a managing associate in Nabarro's real estate team with over 20 years' experience in the commercial property sector. He acts for landlords, tenants and developers. His experience includes acquisitions, disposals, leases and development agreements. John has a particular interest in the sustainability of the built environment and he is a member of Nabarro's climate change and energy group. John has written about, and advised clients on, the subjects of “green leases”, the Carbon Reduction Commitment and roof-mounted solar PV. John worked with the Better Buildings Partnership's to produce the most recent edition of the Green Lease Toolkit. He is a member of the consulting editorial board of Lexis PSL.
