Mary Hardman is Chief Valuer in the Valuation Office Agency and is a member of the Agency's Board. She has recently taken on this role having previously been the Director on Non-Domestic Rating. As Chief Valuer she is responsible for the successful delivery of valuation and technical advice across the VOA. She is also accountable for the delivery of Revaluation 2017 and is a member of the Agency Board. She was formerly VOA Operations Director and a statutory regional (Group) Valuation Officer. She is a member of RICS and IRRV where she is an elected member of Council.
