With 17 years of specialised focus on land assembly for regeneration and infrastructure schemes, John has provided advice to a diverse clientele, including acquiring authorities, developers, registered providers, property owners, and occupiers. His impressive portfolio includes advisory roles on significant regeneration projects across the UK, such as in Lewisham, West Yorkshire, Bexley, Tower Hamlets, Wirral, Havering, Hackney, Croydon, Camden, Barnet, Brentford, Gosport, Stratford, Northfleet, Stevenage, Birmingham, and Slough.

As a Chartered Surveyor and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he brings a high level of expertise and ethical standards to his work. His appointment to the RICS Global President's Panel for Compulsory Purchase Dispute Resolution as both an Expert Determiner and Mediator underscores his authority in the field and his ability to navigate complex property-related disputes.
