John is Head of Regeneration at Ardent with over 20 years of property experience. He has been advising acquiring authority clients, developers, property owners and occupiers on land assembly on both regeneration and infrastructure schemes for the last fifteen years. John has advised on major regeneration schemes in Lewisham, Wirral, Havering, Hackney, Croydon, Camden,  Barnet, Brentford, Gosport, Stratford, Northfleet, Stevenage, Birmingham, and Slough. John is a Chartered Surveyor and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is an elected national board member and the Honorary Secretary of the Compulsory Purchase Association. He is appointed to the RICS President’s Panel for Compulsory Purchase Dispute Resolution as an Expert Determiner and Mediator.
