Annabel’s practice encompasses infrastructure, planning, compulsory purchase, compensation and land valuation, judicial review, environmental law (including environmental impact assessment, waste, water and nuisance), property (including rating, highways, commons and greens), licensing, advertising, trees, ecclesiastical and education law.

Annabel read Music at Jesus College Oxford, graduating with a First, before converting to law. She lives in Carmarthenshire and has particular experience of Welsh devolved public law and the planning system in Wales. She is a member of the Welsh Sub-Committee of the UK Environmental Law Association and regularly speaks on the new and emerging environmental legislation from the Assembly. Annabel is the author of the ‘Wales’ chapter of Gadsden on Commons & Greens (as well as the chapter on Common Land and co-author of the chapter on Registering New Greens).
