Stephen Hughes is currently the head of the Commercial, Leisure and Civics team in the National Specialist Unit of the Valuation Office Agency. Stephen has worked for the Valuation Office Agency since 1991 dealing with most classes of property for rating purposes for most of his career. This has mainly been in the South West of England and West Wales, but his current role covers the whole country and in recent years he has specialised in the valuation of civic type properties. Stephen is a Rating Diploma holder.
