Hugh specialises in public and planning law, including infrastructure, compulsory purchase, compensation and rating. He acts for developers, private individuals, central government and local authorities. He frequently appears in the High Court, Court of Appeal, tribunals and public inquiries, both in his own right and as part of a counsel team.
