Rebecca Clutten is a barrister at Francis Taylor Building, specialising in CPO and compensation law, and is recognised as a leading junior in the field. She holds a top-3 place in Planning Magazine's 'Top-rated Planning Juniors' list, and she is also amongst the top ten rated barristers for Infrastructure Planning.

Rebecca is listed in both Chambers and Partners’ Guide to the UK Bar (2020) and the Legal 500 (2020), and is a past nominee for Chambers and Partners Planning and Environment Junior of the Year.
