Roger specialises in all areas of real estate litigation and legal advice in England and Wales, particularly commercial real estate.

Roger heads the rating team at BCLP and has represented clients in rating litigation at all levels and advised on the rating aspects of real estate and corporate transactions.

Roger is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a CEDR accredited mediator and a part-time tribunal judge in the Property Chamber.

Roger is also an honorary member of the RSA.
