Josh is Head of Rating at Montagu Evans LLP and is responsible for leading a department of 45+ based in London, Manchester and Glasgow. He specialises in the provision of rating valuation and liability advice to landlord and developer clients in both the private and public sector. He also sits on the firm's board.  

Josh is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), an Honours Member of the Institute of Revenues Rating & Valuation (IRRV) and a Past President of the Rating Surveyors’ Association (RSA). He was Honorary Secretary of the Association between 2015 and 2019, having been a member of the Committee since 2013. 

He is currently Vice Chair of the RICS Rating Diploma Holders' Section and sits on various other advisory and professional boards and panels.
