Alison is a partner in Eversheds Litigation and Dispute Management Group and specialises in handling all types of property disputes.

She has 20 years’ experience as a specialist real estate litigator and has acted for a diverse range of national and international clients spanning both the public and private sector.

As well as handling all aspects of property related problems, Alison also specialises in advising clients on crisis managing disruption caused by campaigners and protestors. She obtained an injunction for a leading supermarket against Farmers for Action and has advised other companies across the fracking and retail industries on similar issues.

Alison also has a particular expertise in advising on high profile and reputationally sensitive judicial review proceedings. She was the lead adviser to the Olympic Park Legacy Company in handling the judicial review proceedings brought by Tottenham Hotspur to challenge the decision to select West Ham as preferred bidder of the Olympic Stadium in Legacy.

Alison is regarded as a leading individual in both Chambers Legal Directory and Legal 500. Chambers Directory 2014 says she ‘has a clear and calm manner of presenting a case’.
