A partner in the Bristol ofice of Tufin Ferraby Taylor LLP (TFT), Neil joined in 2003 after 7 years with Alder King. Jointly responsible for managing the professional services team, Neil is an expert in the field of dilapidations, and has a wealth of experience in undertaking pre-acquisition building surveys across the UK and mainland Europe. With dilapidations claims his main focus, Neil acts for both landlords and tenants of a wide variety of commercial properties across the UK, demonstrating a sound knowledge of current best practice, statutory instruments and dilapidations case law. His expertise is currently being put to good use by, amongst others, Amazon, M&G Real Estate, Standard Chartered Bank, B&Q, Wincanton, Monsoon, Accessorize and Tesco Stores Limited.

Neil is a member of the RICS Dilapidations Forum and chairs the dilapidations working group within TFT, created with the sole aim of continually assessing and improving the dilapidations services and advice TFT provide to their clients. Outside of the ofice, Neil was the founder President of Bristol Bridge Rotary Club; a club specially designed for young business people in the city.Over the past couple of years Neil has developed a ‘second career’ as quizmaster, helping to raise considerable sums for many local charities.
