David Grace is the Head of Industrial Commercial and Crown within the National Valuation Unit, Valuation Office Agency. He is a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in the VOA for approaching 35 years during which time he has undertaken a wide range of roles. He spent his formative career in the North East of England before moving to the North West. He has held a number of Statutory Valuation Officer posts, but now heads up the Industrial Commercial and Crown teams within the NVU dealing with a specialist but diverse portfolio of properties across England and Wales, ranging from steel works, pipelines, oil refineries, MOD occupations to superstores and large shops. Outside of work David is a keen cyclist and swimmer.
