Bethany Reid is a lawyer in SPB’s Real Estate Litigation team with experience in a broad range of property related disputes and regularly acts for both private and public sector clients.

Her particular experience is focused on landlord and tenant disputes including commercial lease renewals, break options, breach of covenant issues, possession claims and residential tenancy disputes.

Bethany is also experienced in relation to land compensation matters, including compulsory purchase compensation claims and claims under Part 1 of the Land Compensation Act 1973.

Bethany is a member of the Compulsory Purchase Associate and Property Litigation Association.
