Simon has 30 years of experience advising on all aspects of business rates and working collaboratively on corporate real estate contracts. Simon joined JLL in 2020 and he is responsible for overseeing and delivering rating services for JLL occupier clients for properties located throughout the UK. Simon is a Past President of the Rating Surveyors’ Association and was a Committee member for 10 years.
