Margaret joined the VOA in 1989 and has worked as a rating caseworker in London and as a Local Taxation Team Leader in Reading. In recent years she has worked with the VOAs Strategy , Policy and Customer Directorate on the NDR Administration Review and she is the VOAs Product Owner for Appeals Reform (Check Challenge and Appeal). Her current role involves overseeing the development of the VOA’s products to deliver Appeals Reform.
