Anthony joined Shrewsbury Valuation Office as a Cadet Valuer in 1989.
After 8 years in Shrewsbury, where as part of the Rating Team, Anthony dealt with appeals across a wide range of property classes, Anthony transferred to Wolverhampton Office. Anthony then had brief spells in Harrow and Kidderminster Offices in 2000 and 2001 respectively.
In 2004 Anthony transferred back to Shrewsbury Office and became Rating Team leader for the Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton Team. In 2014 Anthony took on the role of Revaluation and Market Analysis Team Leader for Central Unit.
Anthony is still based in Shrewsbury Office where he is the Office Head. The Office itself is notable as being the birthplace of Charles Darwin.
