Simon is Head of Business Rates at Newmark UK responsible for co-ordinating rating advisory services across the business.

He has over 25 years of experience across a wide range of property types with a particular emphasis on the manufacturing, distribution and general industrial sectors.

He is the Immediate Past President of the IRRV, sits on the RICS Rating and Local Taxation and Advisory Forum and is a committee member of the Rating Surveyors Association.
