Simon is Head of Business Rates at Gerald Eve LLP responsible for co-ordinating rating advisory services across the business.

He has over 25 years of experience across a wide range of property types with a particular emphasis on the manufacturing, distribution and general industrial sectors.

He is the President of the IRRV, sits on the RICS Rating and Local Taxation and Advisory Forum and is a committee member of the Rating Surveyors Association.
