Simon is Co- Head of Business Rates at Newmark UK responsible for co-ordinating rating advisory services across the business.

He has over 30 years of experience across a wide range of property types with a particular emphasis on the manufacturing, distribution and general industrial sectors.

He is the Vice President of the Rating Surveyors Association, the Immediate Past President of the IRRV, and sits on the RICS Rating and Local Taxation and Advisory Forum.
