Emrys has over 30 years experience of compulsory purchase and compensation gained in the public and private sectors working for acquiring authorities and opposing compulsory purchase orders for clients. His experience includes town centre redevelopment, housing scheme, highway schemes and related compensation issues. Most recently he has spent six years as an Examining Inspector firstly with the Infrastructure Planning Commission and latterly with The Planning Inspectorate.
