Natalie heads the Real Estate Litigation team at Hewitsons LLP. Their client base focuses on a mixture of corporate clients, agricultural clients and high net worth individuals.

The team have expertise in a wide range of areas including development disputes, landlord and tenant portfolio issues, freehold and disputes, 1954 Act issues, telecoms, lease terminations, residential and agricultural disputes, and business rates challenges.

Natalie feature in Legal 500 and the Chambers and Partners directory. She has been involved in a number of reported cases, including:

• Elitestone Ltd v National Grid Gas plc [2015] UKUT 0452 (LC) where a claim for significant CPO compensation was successfully defended and an award of nil was granted.

• R(on the application of Richard Lyon) (Claimant) v Cambridge City Council (Defendant) & Hills Road Sixth Form College (Interested Party)(2012) EWHC 2684 where a challenge by local residents regarding the erection of a sports pavilion was successfully defeated.

• Somerfield Stores Limited v Spring(Sutton Coldfield) Limited (In Administration)[2010] EWHC 2084 (Ch) which was widely reported where it was decided on appeal that contested lease renewal proceedings cannot be concluded by a summary judgement application and a 'final determination' can only be at the trial.
