Paul's ability to provide insightful advice from site identification, through to design, town planning and into delivery is a skill that is highly regarded by our clients.

He leads the 40-strong Development team and brings over 20 years’ experience in complex development consultancy, transactions and land strategy. With a broad background in Planning and Development, he's able to lead a fully integrated and comprehensive development consultancy offer to public, charitable and private sector clients.

Current and recent clients include London Borough of Barnet, Royal London, Aviva Investors, Royal Mail, Genesis Housing Association, Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust, Westminster City Council, Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust, the RSPCA, Borough Market and Trinity House.

In 2016 Paul spent nine months on part-time secondment with the UK Government as a special advisor to the Estate Regeneration team, reporting to the Housing Minister and Lord Heseltine. In 2012 he was voted as one of the "Hot 100" rising stars of the property industry and in 2015 as one Property Week magazine’s “40 under 40”. Paul is a dual-qualified Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) and a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and is a committee member of the Cambridge University Land Society.
