Julia is Ebbsfleet Development Corporations Director of Projects, heading up a team to deliver £275m investment programme to deliver key infrastructure, housing and commercial development critical to the success of the Garden City. Prior to this Julia has held other key senior infrastructure positions at Gatwick Airport as Head of Airport development for its second runway project, at Buckinghamshire County Council and at Stansted Airport. She has more than 25 years of experience in developing key infrastructure across major developments and projects with a particular focus on transportation. In May 2014, Julia was awarded Personality of the Year at the Global Air Rail Awards.
