Alison has many years’ experience at Birmingham City Council, primarily promoting CPOs (and related applications). Over the years schemes have included the redevelopments at Paradise Circus, New St Station (in conjunction with Network Rail) and the Bullring, plus large numbers of orders for the provision/improvement of highways and land for housing. She also advises the Council when impacted by other statutory regimes such as the Midland Metro and HS2.
