Ruth is a senior junior barrister at Kings Chambers where she specialises in all aspects of town and country planning, environmental law, compulsory purchase, highways and village greens. She regularly advises and acts for developers, landowners, local authorities and third parties at public inquiries and in the High Court. She has particular extensive experience in appearing at planning appeals into residential schemes, wind farms, mineral extractions and enforcement notices, and frequently appears in the courts at all levels and in various tribunals in planning, judicial review, highway and village green matters.
