She has particular experience in compulsory purchase and compensation, retail development, transport infrastructure, urban regeneration and renewal projects, high rise development, listed buildings, Green Belt and conservation areas sensitivities, large scale residential development, human rights considerations in the planning system, planning and highways agreements, securing social housing through the planning system and enforcement.

Sarah is a barrister, and has been recognised as a leader in her field in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession periodically since 2005.
