Andrew is a partner dealing with a wide range of development and investment projects. He is also head of the firm's regeneration, housing and public sector group, part of the firm's Real Estate practice.

He advises on joint ventures between the public and private sectors as well as housing investment structures and real estate outsourcing. He has particular expertise in the growing Build to Rent sector and leads the firm’s multi-disciplinary initiatives in this area. He is a member of the British Property Federation’s Residential Committee.
