Simon Pearce is the Head of Operations for HS2 Ltd’s Acquisition’s Team.  He oversees the day to day running of the Team, supporting the people, systems and processes with the aim of delivering an improved claimant experience. Simon has spent 7 years at HS2 and has worked across the different Phases including Hybrid Bill submissions on Phase 1 and Phase 2a as well as delivery under compulsory purchase powers.  Prior to working at HS2 Ltd, Simon worked as a business consultant on a variety of infrastructure and property projects.
