Debbie is the Partner in charge of Daniel Watney LLP's Rating Team. She specialises in rating advice for both landlords and tenants and rates management accounts.

She spent 5 years in the Valuation Office, before working at Weatherall Green & Smith where besides rating and valuation work she also worked in the receivership department and managed a secondment in Paris carrying out valuation work. In 1993 Debbie joined niche rating practice Dixon Rankin as a director and the practice merged with Sanderson Weatherall in 2005, moving to Daniel Watney LLP in 2009. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Institute of Revenues & is currently Vice President of Rating Practitioners and the Rating Surveyors Association.
