Dan Knowles MRICS is a Director at Compulsory Purchase Surveyors, Sawyer Fielding based in London. He and his team specialise in supporting Homeowners, predominantly on Estate Regeneration schemes within the M25 and have negotiated over a thousand sales by agreement. Unusually for a Chartered Surveyor, he has been personally affected by Compulsory Purchase as well as working within the niche area. He currently sits on the RICS Compulsory Purchase expert working group, is co-author of the RICS guide to Compulsory Purchase and is a formerly elected Board member of the Compulsory Purchase Association, where he Chaired the Estate Regeneration working group.
