I am a Development Consultant with over seven years of experience focused on the delivery of innovative and market leading property solutions to a range of public and private sector clients.

Wide ranging skills include a mix of consultancy, valuation, marketing and disposal services on a variety of development sites throughout the SE of England.

My main areas of expertise are as follows:

Options Appraisal studies - development appraisals and financial modelling to undertake site analysis and look at the financial feasibility of schemes.

Valuation services – Red Book compliant valuation reports for numerous purposes including Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972, secured lending and Section 119 of the Charities Act 2011.

Marketing and Disposal – working largely on behalf of public sector bodies to dispose of surplus assets with development potential ensuring that Best Value is secured through robust and thorough marketing campaigns. Notably a key focus has been the disposal of Grade II listed property and heritage assets.

Negotiation of Complex Development Agreements – delivering complex development agreements for multimillion pound commercial and residential led developments across Central London. The inclusion of planning overage clauses and revenue clawback provisions have been critical when acting for public sector bodies.

Consultancy Service – experience of undertaking accommodation optimisation and property strategy reviews for public sector clients as linked to operational requirements and the need to generate savings.
