Rebecca is a Partner in BCLP’s Real Estate Disputes group, with 12+ years’ experience of advising clients in complex high stakes disputes at all levels including the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. She is individually ranked as a leading lawyer in Chambers UK and as a “Next Generation Partner” in Legal 500 UK. 

Rebecca advises fund managers, investors, developers and corporate occupiers on a range of contentious property issues including business rates; sale and purchase disputes; development and joint venture disputes; complex dilapidations claims; property insolvency claims and telecoms disputes.

Rebecca acted for Tesco (successful respondent) in the Supreme Court case of Cardtronics & ors v Sykes (VO) [2020] UKSC 21, relating to the separate assessment of ATM sites for business rates. 

She is the Honorary Secretary of the Property Litigation Association and a regular speaker at conferences and industry events.
