Stanley Booton is a Director in the Rating team at JLL based in London and has been in involved in rating matters for nearly 38 years. He has worked on a wide range of property types and all valuation methods, including at various times High Street shops, leisure properties, offices, retail warehouses, bulk and specialised industrial properties, port facilities, water, telephone, gas and electricity companies. He has given evidence in the Valuation Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber). He has practiced in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Hong Kong. His experience covers every rating list since 1973.

Stanley is a member of the RSA and a regular contributor at seminars and conferences.
