John is on the national panel of Independent Examiners of Neighbourhood Plans run by NPIERS: Neighbourhood Planning Independent Examiner Referral Service

John is an experienced planning, development and environment professional and has held senior positions in a number of major consultancies including CBRE (as Hillier Parker), Turley and most recently Peter Brett. He has led many housing, mixed use and commercial and retail development projects, for both public and private sector clients. He has examined over a dozen plans to date.

John is available to undertake independent examinations of neighbourhood plans, business neighbourhood plans and neighbourhood development orders.
