Abigail is a specialist planning solicitor working with public and private sector clients including utilities and house builders. Her work includes advising on s106 agreements, appeals and promoting large scale regeneration and infrastructure projects backed by compulsory acquisition powers.  She also advises on planning related litigation including Judicial Review/Statutory Challenge of planning decisions and disputes in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) on issues varying from CPO compensation and Blight Notices to Rating Appeals.

Abigail also acts for parties affected by Compulsory Purchase Orders, Development Consent Orders, TWAO’s or Hybrid Bills such as HS2 and on related compensation disputes arising from compulsory acquisition. 

She is an active member of the Compulsory Purchase Association and the National Infrastructure Planning Association.
