Martin Rodger QC was appointed Deputy Chamber President of the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) in June 2013, having spent the previous 26 years as a barrister specialising in property litigation at Falcon Chambers and taking silk in 2006. He was appointed a Deputy High Court Judge in 2017 and sits as a Judge of the High Court in the Planning Court and in the Business and Property Courts.
