Sarah is the Land and Property Lead for the Complex Infrastructure Programme Division within Highways England. She has worked for Highways for over 20 years and has overseen the compulsory purchase of land for many schemes. Most recently Sarah led the property side of the A14 Cambridge to Huntingdon scheme through DCO application, getting on site and dealing with ongoing compensation claims. Sarah is currently also leading the land assembly team for the Lower Thames Crossing scheme which is currently preparing its DCO application.
