David is a planner and
development surveyor with 20-years’ experience of delivering and facilitating
development. David has worked with local authorities and specialist
regeneration vehicles in a number of roles from drafting strategic planning
documents to direct delivery of development. Recently David has been
responsible for:
- Delivering housing and office sites via CPO-backed land
assembly;
- Direct delivery of commercial development in
Leicester’s Waterside; and,
- Negotiating partnership agreements between the Council
and selected developer partners.
David’s interest is in using all
of the resources and mechanisms available to the Council to deliver development
that will have the biggest impact on the prosperity and well-being of its area.
