Nicholle is a Partner and Solicitor Advocate specialising in planning and the environment. Nicholle has advised on a wide range of UK and international development and regeneration projects including advising on: planning strategy, policy promotion, environmental impact assessment, planning obligations, Community Infrastructure Levy, infrastructure agreements, highways, City Walkways, Green Belt, judicial review and statutory challenges, enforcement proceedings, Development Consent Orders, public inquiries and examinations.

Nicholle has also spent 2½ years in the Middle East advising on a wide variety of matters across the Mena region and Far East and has a keen interest in sustainability.
