I am an Executive Director and head of CBRE's London Office Lease Consultancy Team. Based in the City of London, I have spent the last 25 years specialising in office rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring in the City, Midtown and Docklands markets.

Throughout my 30 year career, I have gained considerable experience of acting as an Expert Witness at arbitration dealing with rental issues together with the associated legal, technical and physical issues. I have been trained by the RICS as an Arbitrator and Independent Expert and I am on the RICS panel for appointment by the President as an Arbitrator and as an Independent Expert to resolve rent review and PACT disputes.

I regularly speak at seminars explaining rent reviews and sharing an understanding of recent case law together with how different factors affect value.
