Wayne started life with King and Co back in 1988, though after 20 years in private sector the temptation of the VO could be resisted no longer.

Since joining the VOA Wayne has primarily been involved in the valuation of specialist property from sewage treatment works to airports. Since 2017 he has been Head of Leisure and Licensed Property within the National Valuation Unit.

Wayne is also the past Chairman of the Rating Diploma Holders’ Section and currently assist as an examiner for two of the modules. Since 1996 he has also been actively engaged with the RICS APC assessments.
