Gill started her career at the Valuation Office Agency as a graduate. She then moved to Norwich Union where she worked in the investment property development team for 10 years specialising in retail and advising on rating matters. Following a brief spell at JLL, Gill returned to the Valuation Office Agency in 2003. She carries out a number of roles within the Valuation Office Agency and has worked in National Valuation Unit for the last 10 years within the Commercial Team.
