Krista has worked for Gerald Eve since the early 1990’s. Specialising in rating for most of that time, she has seen enormous change in the rating regime. She works out of the London office and deals predominantly with retail and restaurant work in and around London and the south east. In recent years she has had significant involvement in dealing with large shops. Experience in lease consultancy and valuation has been very useful in informing her rating work.

She has been involved in the GPCR RSA Town Committee for the 2017 rating list and has recently been elected to the Rating Surveyors' Association committee. As the committee and the industry grapple with the implications of the Non-Domestic Rating bill, these will inevitably be interesting times to be involved in a key lobbying body.

At her National Rating Day debut in 2021 she agreed to speak for five minutes but was persuaded to talk for far, far longer. Having finally recovered from the shock, she is back again in 2023.
