Steve is a Chartered Building Surveyor and heads up Cell:cm’s Building Consultancy Department. As well as offering core building surveying services, Steve and his team are often instructed to project manage new telecoms site installs and decommissioning cases to ensure a safeguarding of the interests of the property owner. Steve has in-depth general building consultancy experience dealing with a range of projects in most property sectors. He has acted for both landlords and tenants in the specialist telecoms property sector.
