Phil leads the Valuation service line in the North and is involved in development of the National Valuation business and professional services in the North West. With vast experience and a detailed knowledge of all areas of Valuation (including loan security, accounting, local authority and S.18) together with more specialist sectors including, Compulsory Purchase and Regeneration Advice, Expert Witness, Charities Act advice and Portfolio optimisation.  Phil has advised both public, private and non-for-profit clients.
