Phil previously worked in the mobile technology and software industry before successfully requalifying as a solicitor in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s Real Estate Disputes team. Phil has been involved in several rating cases upon which BCLP have been instructed, acting for appellant ratepayers at various stages including in the Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
